Navigating Dementia

Many caregivers have said to me, “I wish I had known….” or “If I had known this when they were alive, it could have been different.”

My goal with this series is to increase understanding and quality of life for all those impacted by dementia. Dementia education at the family level is needed to help enhance the lives of everyone living with dementia, the caregiver, and family members as well as the person experiencing brain change.

This 5 part series will increase your knowledge of the condition and help understanding how to manage the unexpected symptoms. This course is inspired by Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care®. This series is for family networks: This may be immediate/extended family or close friends.

  • Education on what brain changes occur
  • Enhance communication abilities
  • Helps answer the question of when/if placement is indicated
  • Person centered care
  • Skills and coping strategies

$99 for the 5 part series for individuals, family pricing available upon request

Each session is 90 minutes

Sessions are conducted virtually, to include the entire support network worldwide.
